Spinning Pizza Arts was founded by writer Lowri Potts in 2014 to share a love of reading and literature, and promote its transformative power.
Lowri has worked as a writer, researcher and administrator throughout the UK creative and cultural industries, initially in arts, educational and children's broadcast television, later establishing Scotland's first PACT office, and devising training courses for independent film and television producers.
With a young family, she founded children's reading and writing groups and went on to provide freelance writing and research services for newspapers, magazines, interactive science exhibitions and short films. For thirteen years, she was also a creative coach and business adviser for Scotland's Cultural Enterprise Office. Her practice is now based in the north of England.
