One of the pleasures of the best self-catering experiences,is the absent owner's bookshelf, a carefully curated selection for your delight! When the wind howls round the two foot walls of this North Uist home from home, and the peat fire glows, and there's no Internet or phone signal to disturb the peace - what could be better than to graze someone else's reading taste, sip a whisky, and crackle open that giant book of Bumble Bees that they were given for Christmas (and never read.....)?
